Quinti replaces the standard gravity nozzles with isobaric nozzles that create a seal in the bottle, eliminate air from the bottle prior to filling, and fill the bottle under light pressure and inert gas. Since the system is entirely sealed, dissolved oxygen is virtually eliminated. This extremely gentle filling system ensures maximum quality and that organoleptic characteristics are not compromised.
