Bottle-Matic II Benchtop Labeler

For cylindrical bottles, our customers have had great success with the Bottle-Matic II. The Bottle-Matic is made in the USA. A single operator can output approximately 950 bottles an hour without breaking a sweat.

Note that this is the Bottle-Matic II, 16". The II designates that the labeler is capable of applying front and back labels from the same roll. There is another base version available called simply Bottle-Matic (no II). That version only applies one label. We don't normally stock that version, as most of our customers want the flexibility to apply front and back labels from the same roll. If you see a Bottle-Matic available elsewhere for cheaper, it's probably the base model Bottle-Matic (or the shorter 10" or 12" version, which we also don't normally stock).

There are a number of customization options you can make to ensure the Bottle-Matic meets your needs.

Rewinder: The motorized Rewinder picks up waste label backing paper, keeping your work area neat, clean, and safe. This may seem like an easy option to skip, but if you're trying to bottle quickly you'll be surprised at how quickly a huge pile of label backing paper starts to form behind you. The rewinder pays for itself quickly. Also, if your label backing paper is clear cellophane-type, you must use the Rewinder.

Bottle Detector: An optical sensor detects bottle placement and automatically starts applying the label. The footswitch is still included, but is probably not needed.

• Works for pressure-sensitive labels with a 3 or 4 copy position orientation (3 recommended)
• Labels objects from ½" to 6" in diameter
• Able to handle most tapered containers by simply adjusting the idle roller position. If it's a heavy taper let us know and we can confirm it will work.
• Labels over 1000 pieces per hour with average dexterity
• Labels must be die-cut with a 1/8" (or more) gap
• Narrow labels will work but the backing paper for them must be at least 1 ½" inches wide
• Runs on 110v
