Cart-Mounted Lenticular Filtration System

Our cart-mounted filter setups are among our most popular products, and with good reason. We make very nice, well-balanced all-stainless steel carts here in our welding shop. Carts that will last a lifetime. Pair that with lenticular filter housings that are notoriously bulky, unwieldy, and difficult to move around, and you have a match made in heaven.

The dual-cart setup allows you to run a coarse pre-filter into a finer final filter. Our lenticular housings hold one or two modules each, and are compatible with standard 12", 16-cell lenticular modules with DOE/Flat Gasket ends. You can use modules from all major manufacturers that meet those specs. If you want to run a single module at a time you can also get single module center post.

The cart-mounted setup comes with filter housing topper assemblies for each housing that allows you to bleed off trapped air inside the housing, and monitor pressures during filtration.
