1. Lenticular Filter Housing (1)
Our Lenticular Filtration Housings are ideal for filtering materials with high solids content, or for pre-filtering before a sterile membrane filter.
Lenticular filtration offers many of the advantages of plate & frame filtration like high flow rates, large surface areas, and high dirt-holding capacity, but in a completely sealed housing.

2. Center Post for One High Filtration (1)
Center Post for one high module. Replaces standard center post in a 2 high housing for smaller runs. 304 stainless steel.
3. 12" Lenticular Filter Module (1)
This is a 1 micron 12" lenticular filtration module that we distribute specifically for customers using the CUP extraction system manufactured by our neighbors at Delta Separations. It has high dirt-holding capacity, and excels at removing waxy residues during ethanol extraction processes.
4. 10 Ft. of Glidetech UPE Full Conductive Ethanol Hose (1)
For ethanol concentrations ≥ 96% we recommend Glidetech UPE Full Conductive Transfer Hose. The liner is formed from a conductive black UPE material that can discharge static electricity that normally builds up during liquid flow. When the hose is connected to a tank, pump, or other vessel that is grounded, static electricity is discharged, thereby preventing sparking hazards.
Like all Glidetech hoses, the exterior cover is smooth and non-marking for easy movement around your facility.
5. Tri Clamp Butterfly Valve (2)
304 Stainless steel hinged tri clamp. Use this along with a gasket to secure tri clamp fittings to your hose. Heavy duty for years of use.
6. Hinged Tri Clamp. (3)
This is a 304 Stainless steel hinged tri clamp. Use this along with a gasket to secure tri clamp fittings to your hose. Heavy duty for years of use.
7. Gaskets (3)
These gaskets are made with black EPDM.
