Millennium Hose is IVG's most certified hose, with a few tricks up its sleeve that make it an extra versatile choice for wineries, breweries, distilleries, creameries, and more. These assemblies have Tri Clamp hose ends securely crimped on with our hydraulic hose crimper.

Millennium uses a proprietary liner that works well with nearly any food/beverage product. Wine, beer, spirits up 96° Proof, oils, dairy products: all typically require separate duty-specific hoses, but Millennium can handle them all.

The exterior cover is corrugated to prevent liquid pooling underneath, and features an ultra-slick cover that lets it glide smoothly over rough surfaces.

It also uses IVG's EasyShell system, allowing you to perform hose repairs easily in the field without any special tooling required. If you, say, accidentally run over the hose with your forklift you can simply cut out the crushed portion of the hose. Stick in a hose barb, and add an easy shell to securely clamp the hose barb in place.

IVG calls it their most certified hose because it conforms to just about every food safety/sanitary guideline you can think of: FDA, 3A, BPA-free, phthalates-free, PAHs-free. In short, it is a safe, sanitary, high-performing hose for the new millennium.
