Potassium Metabisulfite tablets.

Available in 2 gram or 5 gram dosage tablets, Laffort's Oenosteryl tablets are a safe and easy way to sulphite wine or must. Their effervescent action eliminates the need for stirring, which helps prevent oxidation. Simply remove a tablet from the blister pack, and drop it into your wine. The effervescent action will add SO2 without disturbing lees.

  • The 2 gram tablet adds 9 ppm of total SO2.
  • The 5 gram tablet adds 22 ppm of total SO2.
  • Each tablet is sized for use in a 60 gallon barrel.
