Mori Filler CIP Manifold

Given the Mori Filler's immense popularity—particularly in distilleries and wineries—we've had a lot of interesting and useful requests for accessories to help make using it easier. Here is just such an item from the TCW fab labs that will make cleaning your Mori Filler much more simple: the CIP manifold.

The CIP manifold allows you to recirculate cleaning solution through the Mori Filler's nozzles and reservoir. It is particularly useful for facilities that bottle many different products and wish to avoid flavor contamination between them. Here's how it works:

With the reservoir empty, place the manifold over the nozzles and push up to retract the outer sheath. We find it's easier to split the manifold in half, and attach each half separately, then connect them in the center. There is a hook at the top of each half that will hold the manifold up and keep the nozzles open.

Now connect the outlet of the manifold to the inlet of the Mori Filler's pump (or your own recirculating pump, if you have a gravity-fed Mori Filler). Connect the outlet of the pump to the Mori Filler's reservoir.

Fill the reservoir about half full with cleaning solution and turn the Mori Filler on (or turn your pump on, if gravity-fed). Liquid will flow through nozzles, out the manifold, and into the pump, where it will be pushed back up into the reservoir to recirculate until you turn it off.
