PolySi's G-Man PST-511 manufactured by Fuchs is the best peristaltic tube lubricant we have found. It is a slick, non-tacky formula that sticks to the tube and rollers to allow for low-friction pumping along the tube surface.

It is a food-grade silicone grease that can also be used for lubricating wear surfaces in machinery, o-rings, and seals.
