Overview
Choose the material for your press's basket. You have to choose something or your press will have no basket. Kind of defeats the purpose of a basket press. Wood makes an economical choice that lends your press an old-world charm. A stainless basket is more expensive, but much easier to sanitize and it will outlast wood by decades. Plastic slats are a unique hybrid. It looks like a traditional press, but it's much easier to clean and sanitize.
If you want greater throughput you can purchase an additional basket and trolley combo. Having two baskets and two trolleys will let you load another basket while the first is pressing. When the first one finishes, just wheel it out of the way and load the new one on. Repeat ad infinitum. Contact us about this option and we can add it to your cart.
