Overview
Introduction
Quinti's Spirit Bottling Lines are designed with a simple goal: to make bottling your spirits a one-person job. With a fully-equipped Quinti bottling line, a single user can carry out bottling from start to finish. This includes rinsing, filling, capping/corking, heat shrink application, and labeling. Empty bottles can be dumped on the collection table at the inlet. Bottles come out the other end ready to case. A single user can fill about forty cases of 750 ml bottles per hour. It doesn't require your full attention. It doesn't require constant adjusting or tinkering. Like you, Quinti's bottling lines just work.
This may sound like a simple concept. It is surprisingly difficult to achieve. All too often we hear from frustrated users of finicky lower-priced bottling lines. Inferior bottling equipment produces inconsistent results and requires constant adjustment. Quinti's lines are designed for users who value their time, and care about a beautiful final product that stands out on the shelf.
One particularly helpful feature for producers that wear multiple hats around the distillery: if the accumulation table gets too full, the line stops. It's that simple. If, say, you need to act as hospitality on the spur of the moment, or take an important phone call, you needn't worry about your bottling going off the rails and dumping bottles on the floor.
If you bottle a variety of spirits you'll be glad to know that Quinti's vacuum-fill nozzles are capable of filling liquids with varying viscosities—creams, liqueurs, gins, or pre-mixed cocktails. The same vacuum-fill technology exerts a gentle constant vacuum that prevents dripping and minimizes product waste during bottling.
We offer Quinti's Spirits Line in three configurations, with a host of optional upgrades that will make bottling stress-free.
Quinti Spirits Gold Line
The Spirits Gold Line is the most basic monoblock setup available from Quinti. It is the basis for all other trim levels. Gold lines are designed for filling and capping only.
The Gold Line includes:
- Manual Bottle Rinser
- Four head vacuum filler
- Closure applicator with automatic hopper: Stelvin, ROPP, T-Top Cork
Quinti Spirits Silver Line
In the Olympics, Gold beats Silver. In Quinti's metallurgical designations, however, Silver is better than Gold. The Spirits Silver Line contains all of the functionality in the basic Gold line and adds:
- Labeling
- Inkjet printer
- Heat shrink applicator (T-Cork line only)
Quinti Spirits Platinum Line
The Platinum Spirits line embodies Quinti's philosophy for bottling. The user places empty bottles at the collection table at the entrance. Bottles are rinsed, filled, capped/corked, labeled, and picked onto a collection table where they are ready to case. You'll have to find something else to do while the Quinti works. As noted previously, the line will stop automatically if the collection table gets too full, and will restart once bottles are removed.
The Platinum line includes everything in the Gold Special Line, plus:
- Bottle loading table with Pick & Place onto Quinti conveyor
- Manual or Automatic Rinser
- Four head vacuum filler
- Thermal and/or inkjet printer for date/batch info
- Heat shrink dispenser and applicator (For T-top corks only)
- Accumulation table with auto-shutoff
Customizing Your Line
Every product is different. It stands to reason that your bottling machine should be flexible as well. To that end, Quinti offers a host of customizations to dial in your ideal machine.
The following upgrades are available on all machines:
- Multiple sets of changeover cups to work with different bottle shapes/sizes
- Remote control via tablet or phone with a customized network connection
- HD LED light in filler/corking stage to monitor product quality
- Industry 4.0 data output to communicate with your infrastructure management software
- Remote assistance from Quinti's technicians that allows them to connect and troubleshoot your machine remotely (one year included free), annual subscription thereafter
The following upgrades are available on Platinum lines only:
- Bottle Phasing System that detects seams in the glass to prevent labels from being applied over the seam. Ensures a consistent, professional package.
- Neck labeler
- Vertical cap labeler
Quadra
head labeler for lines that require front and back labels from separate rolls
The Quinti Difference
Beyond the obvious benefits of reduced labor costs, Quinti's premium bottling lines offer a host of standard quality of life upgrades that set them apart from lower-quality lines. They are designed to require practically zero lubrication, with moving surfaces made of ultra low friction and self-lubricating components.
The Heart of the Machine: The Conveyor
If you watch the video above you will see another feature you will only find on Quinti bottling lines: the uniquely-designed conveyor belt. The belt holds cups that are custom-fit to your bottles. Most bottling lines use a one-size-fits-all conveyor belt that are noisy and require on-the-fly adjustments that can send your bottling off the rails if you get that adjustment wrong. Not the Quinti. When you place your order with us you will send bottle samples to Quinti. They will custom make cups that fit the individual bottles, and hold them in a consistent position throughout the entire bottling process. This means bottling is also considerably quieter than with a traditional bottling line.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Cleaning and sanitation are also simplified. A CIP system is provided with all Quinti lines that allows the user to recirculate cleaning solution for quick, thorough, and effective cleaning.
