Replacement Capacitor for Tosa Mecc Foil Spinners

If you're using a 115 V foil spinner, it likely has a capacitor attached to it. The capacitor helps the motor start turning. Occasionally they burn out. You'll turn your spinner on and might hear it humming, but not rotating. This is a pretty good indication that the capacitor is burned out. Here's a kit to replace the capacitor.
