Sparging Bells are designed for use with a sparging stone (sold separately). They direct the sparging gas downward and out the bell. They also help protect the sparging stone itself from errant drops and the abuses and indignities of day-to-day use.

A double-sided 1/4" NPT nipple at the top lets you thread your gas process fitting at the top, and the stone on the inside. It will accommodate one of our 3" sparging stones perfectly.

The 4" version is ideal for tanks, while the 1.5" version can fit perfectly inside a barrel's bung hole, as they're usually about 2" in diameter.
