Overview
Facilities that use macro bins all face the same challenge: how do you get material out of the bin and into your processing equipment safely and easily? Forklift-mounted bin tippers are one solution, but having a bin up 15 feet in the air teetering precariously can be nerve-wracking. Significant operator training is required.
Sraml's bin tipper solves the issue without a forklift, and lets you unload your bin from ground height. You can use a regular pallet jack to put a bin into the Sraml Bin Tipper. A hydraulic lift will raise and invert the bin, directing material out of a stainless steel chute that minimizes spilling.
Load an elevator or sorting table easily and safely. You can slowly open the door to precisely dose material onto the next phase.
The unit is available in different sizes to accommodate different-sized bin, with 1/2-ton bins (Probin 24-S) being the most common. It's available on wheels, or fixed in place.
