The TCW Care Plan is an annual service plan to help you maintain your equipment as it experiences normal wear and tear. Leave the maintenance of your equipment up to us.
The TCW Care Plan consists of the following:
- Pre-maintenance phone consultation to ensure the best outcome from the site visit.
- Annual in-person on site maintenance during which we will:
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection and test all major wear components.
- Clean & lubricate all moving parts to reduce wear-and-tear.
- Adjust controls for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Consult on replacing defective equipment parts and ordering stock parts to have on hand.
- Repair and replace any defective equipment parts
- Ongoing phone and video access to TCW technicians for training of your staff to ensure optimal handling and operations.
