TCW Pulsation Smoother

Air diaphragm pumps work very well, but they have a tendency to produce a pulsing flow that is not desirable for certain applications. Filtration, for example, requires a steady flow. For these situations we have developed the Pulsation Smoother.

The Pulsation Smoother clamps directly to the outlet of an air diaphragm pump. It absorbs up to 97% of pulses, to produce a smooth steady flow when sized appropriately. Lowering pulsation and vibration also lengthens the lifespan of your hose.

We make these in our Santa Rosa shop from all sanitary stainless steel. It clamps together and can be broken down easily for cleaning.
