Overview
These gaskets are made in the USA to pharmaceutical standards. Excellent fit, pure materials, and very long-lived.
Mesh & perforated gasket screens fit in-line with your tri clamp connections to filter out large particles. They're a great way to protect your pumps and tanks from debris that might otherwise clog or contaminate it. 316 stainless steel is bonded to standard tri clamp gaskets. A sanitary, reusable solution to quality control.

Material Types
- Nitrile: Nitrile (a.k.a. Buna Rubber or Buna-N) is a standard tri-clamp material in the wine industry. It's good for wine and olive oil, but it's not recommended if you're cleaning with ozone. Products with high alcohol content may cause nitrile to swell slightly over time with prolonged contact. Nitrile rubber functions well in temperatures ranging from -40 °F to 212 °F, intermittent to +230 °F.°
- EPDM: EPDM is excellent for wine, high-proof spirits, and cleaning with ozone. It is very tolerant to high and low temperatures, but is not recommended for oils. Operating temperature range: -58 °F to 302 °F
