Overview

Keep your brewhouse, crushpad, lab, deck, and equipment clean with our washdown hose bundle assembly. The washdown assembly is an all-inclusive package that you can simply hook up to your hot and cold water lines for a fully-functional washdown station with precise temperature mixing.

Package includes:

  1. Fifty feet of 3/4" Goodyear Continental Washdown Hose crimped with SuperKlean swivel hose ends
  2. SuperKlean Hot & Cold Water Mixing Station
  3. SuperKlean Heavy-Duty Standard Washdown Nozzle

Multi-purpose Goodyear Continental Frontier hose is great for washdown and more. We attach Superklean swivel hose ends with brass hose sleeves and brass NPT hose ends. SuperKlean's hot & cold water mixing stations are designed to instantly mix your house-supplied hot water with cold water to achieve required temperature output. The unit uses "Y" style body mechanics with lift check valves and ball joint unions. This allows for superior flexibility during installation. A mounting plate allows for easy cleaning behind the unit, and an integrated hose rack provides easy access to your hose. Comes in brass with globe valve type.

SuperKlean's Classic 150-series nozzle is the industry-standard for professional washdown applications in your facility. Nozzle comes in blue and is long-lasting brass with high corrosion protection. A variable spray pattern adjusts from fan spray to solid stream. More importantly, water conservation is assured upon release of lever by the drip-free automatic shutoff feature.
