Overview

Sanitary centrifugal pumps are not normally known for being gentle. The Bowpeller was designed to change that. It was tested in dairies, where centrifugal pumps are usually not allowed, as their high shear has a tendency to beat the product and fundamentally alter the composition of dairy products. The Bowpeller's low-shear impeller offers the same high-volume flow rates as typical centrifugal pumps, but without the emulsification.

The Bowpeller is ideal for beer wort transfer, wine pumpovers, bottling, and other applications that where standard centrifugal pumps are typically not allowed.
