Overview
Does this nozzle look familiar? It should. You've likely used one if you've ever filled up your gasoline-powered, internal combustion automobile. This is the very same nozzle, just made of stainless steel and designed for use in wineries, breweries, and distilleries. It works the same way the normal gas station nozzle does, too. Stick it into a barrel, squeeze the trigger, flip the little trigger-hold-down-thingy to keep the nozzle squeezed even if you're not holding it, then do whatever else you normally do while you're filling up your tank: check your Twitter, go buy a pack of gum and a scratcher, etc.
Once liquid reaches the tip of the nozzle it will automatically shut off. Wait a few seconds for any drips to fall out — our driver's ed instructor told us 10 seconds to prevent dripping on the ground. Then move onto the next barrel. We recommend pairing this nozzle with an Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, which will automatically stop pumping against a closed discharge, and automatically restart once the trigger is squeezed.
The nozzle's inlet is 1.5" Tri Clamp, so you can hook it right up to your standard tri clamp hose.
