Mori's classic plate & frame filters are constructed of all AISI 304 stainless steel with stainless steel valves, Noryl 40 x 40 plates, a central screw closing system, 2 pressure gauges, sight glass, drop collecting tray, and wheels for easy transport. They are designed for easy steam sterilization.

The optional Crossover Plate allows you to use two different filter grades in the same pass.

The 12 & 20-plate frames can accept a minimum of 10 plates and a maximum of about 26.
The 30 & 40-plate frames can accept a minimum of 26 plates and a maximum of about 42.
The 60-plate frame can accept a minimum of 48 plates and a maximum of about 64.

The flow rates can be approximated as follows:
For coarse filter media: Flow rate in GPM ≈ Number of Plates / 2.
For fine filter media: Flow rate in GPM ≈ Number of Plates / 5.
E.g. a 40-plate filter might have an approximate max flow rate of 20 GPM for coarse media, and 8 GPM for fine media.
