QIS 114 High-Efficiency Centrifugal Pump + Motor

The QIS 114 high-efficiency centrifugal pump is an ideal step up from the standard C-Series pumps. It has a few features that make it ideal for wineries, breweries, dairies — anyone who needs an extremely sanitary pump that is easy to clean.

For starters, the entire pump is made of 316 L stainless steel, and electropolished. Most centrifugal pump heads are mechanically polished, which can still leave a rough surface that stuff can cling to. Electropolishing fills in any gaps for a smoother surface that is easier to sanitize. In fact, the pump meets extremely stringent 3A sanitary standards, as well as EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) guidelines.

QIS 114 also features a standard internal front-facing seal that is much easier to change out, and will last longer than normal centrifugal pump seals, and make them perfect for moving high-temperature products like beer wort that other centrifugal pumps can't touch.

We offer the QIS 114 with either a painted cast iron motor, or a washdown-duty stainless steel dual voltage motor that can be wired to run on either 208-230 or 460 V. It is rated for inverter duty as well.
