There is no body flex, so all power from the rollers is applied directly to the tube, and materials can be pumped at pressures over 200 psi, when spec'd appropriately. With Ragazzini's PSF pumps, all material is moved forward with each revolution. Nothing is left behind.

Since Ragazzini's PSF pumps deliver a fixed amount of fluid per revolution, they allow for extremely precise dosing. Likewise, with a variable speed drive they can run extremely slowly, allowing you to dose very small amounts over long time periods. We can also supply them with an auxiliary input to turn on and off automatically in response to an external signal. This allows you to use them in complex PLC control scenarios.
