Overview
Mori's hydraulic basket presses require ISO 68 food-grade hydraulic oil. If your oil is cloudy or milky, that's a sign that water has gotten into the oil and has already passed through the hydraulic pump. That's bad. Water will corrode the hydraulic components and cause them to fail prematurely. Don't let water-fouled oil sit in the press—particularly in the off-time after harvest.
Drain out any water-fouled oil, flush it out with clean oil, and fill to the recommended level.
